Jessica Uriarte
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Jessica brings a multidisciplinary background spanning telecommunications, infrastructure, finance, education, and nonprofit organizations. As CEO of Ally Network Solutions, she leads the company's strategic direction, growth, and organizational development, with a focus on building the operational and financial capabilities needed to support complex telecommunications infrastructure projects across the United States and Latin America. Jessica holds a graduate degree in Finance from Harvard University and undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University

Fergus H. Seecharan
Chief Technical Officer
Fergus brings nearly three decades of telecommunications experience across engineering, operations, construction, and network management. His career includes leadership roles with Amzak Capital Management and ATN International, and their subsidiaries across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. As CTO of Ally Network Solutions, Fergus provides technical leadership across the company's wireline and wireless activities. His extensive industry experience includes the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications networks, as well as the development and mentorship of multicultural and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Rod Sibery
Consultant
Rod brings more than 30 years of engineering experience spanning broadband and network engineering, electric power distribution, substation design, and automotive systems. Throughout his career, Rod has developed scalable engineering processes, implemented consistent design standards, and led large technical teams and complex vendor relationships. He fosters a culture of accountability and professional growth across his teams. His experience in process improvement, engineering management, safety, and large-scale project execution supports Ally's ability to deliver disciplined and scalable engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
Jorge Henríquez
Field Manager
Jorge brings field leadership experience across telecommunications projects in the United States and Latin America. At Ally, he leads field teams with a strong, consistent focus on execution, teamwork, adaptability, responsiveness, and customer requirements. His approach combines hands-on field coordination with an understanding of project priorities and changing site conditions. Jorge works closely with customers and project teams to identify issues, coordinate resources, and help ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project requirements, while building strong customer relationships.
Robert White
Construction Manager
Robert White brings more than 16 years of telecommunications experience, with a strong focus on field operations, safety, quality, and construction execution. As Construction Manager, Robert leads multiple crews while coordinating project schedules, customer requirements, and field performance throughout each phase of construction. His background in Social Psychology complements his operational experience, strengthening his ability to communicate effectively, manage field relationships, and develop high-performing teams. He leads by example, building teams that consistently take pride in professionalism, accountability, safety, and the quality of their work.
Nicholas D'Amico
Project Manager
Nicholas is an experienced ICT professional and certified RCDD with expertise in technical design, network infrastructure, structured cabling, and project management. Throughout his career, Nicholas has designed and managed infrastructure installations and upgrades across education, healthcare, commercial, residential, and other environments. At Ally, he translates complex customer and technical requirements into practical project plans, bringing together design standards, field execution, quality, safety, and project management to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions. Nik leverages this experience to design and build networks that make sense.
Remington Rafael
Project Manager
Remington brings over 20 years of experience in network architecture and large-scale infrastructure deployments. He has led projects across North America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, managing project lifecycles from citywide fiber expansions to national transport initiatives. His senior leadership included overseeing CAPEX and project management for Amzak's subsidiary in the Dominican Republic. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, Remington bridges technical requirements with business objectives. With a master's degree in Project Management, he leads cross-functional teams delivering reliable, future-ready infrastructure.
